Our agency serves clients of all ages and gladly accepts private pay as well as Indiana Medicaid participants.

With extensive experience in caregiving and leadership, she founded Evolving Lives Homecare to empower individuals to live with dignity and independence. Dionna’s compassionate leadership and attention to detail ensure that every client receives the highest quality care.
